    In December 24th I was talking to someone over chat support in cox and if cox supervisor pull up the chat conversations they can see I was promised that my service won’t be disconnected until Jan 6th 2019 cause I asked to set payment for Jan 5th 2019 for $151.00. But that representative screwed my account and he didn’t set the payment for the 5th and my connection was disconnected on Dec 30th and I didn’t have any internet service. I called in Dec 30th to talk to customer service and found out that representative didn’t extend my time and that’s why I got disconnected. When I called again today first thing in the morning the representative name “ LISA MARIE” she was extremely rude and asked me to go to the store and said “GOOD BYE AND return the modem, I can’t help with this anymore” and hung up the phone on my face.
    If this is how you/Cox treat a customer and hang up the phone and screw people over any promises they make that is not acceptable and I hope this gets to the right department and I hope I hear from the corporate whoever is in charge or else I am taking this recordings and chat messages to BBA and to my attorney for treating a customer in unprofessional way and harassing them.
